Kayleigh Rhodes, Paralegal for Erin Bailey Law

KAYLEIGH RHODES

Paralegal

Standing shoulder-to-shoulder in the fight - with resilience, heart and fierce hope for second chances.

HER STORY

Kayleigh Rhodes has always been drawn to the front lines - where standing up for people means standing with them.

A native of South Carolina by way of Florida, Kayleigh made her way to Pawleys Island in 2012 when her family put down roots in the community. After graduating from Waccamaw High School, she followed her passion for the legal system to Anderson University before transferring to Clemson University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and an emphasis in Legal Studies.

While still in school, Kayleigh knew she wanted to take it past textbooks with real-world experience. That drive led her to Erin Bailey Law in the summer of 2023, where she quickly made her mark during a part-time internship. After graduating from Clemson in May 2024, she returned home to the Pawleys area and continued building her skills, joining a local civil litigation firm as a medical malpractice paralegal.

As life often does, it came full circle. When Erin extended the opportunity for Kayleigh to return to the firm full-time, she didn’t hesitate. It was a chance to return to the work that first lit her passion for criminal law and to rejoin a team committed to seeing the person behind every case.

Today, Kayleigh brings her experience, energy and empathy to every client she serves, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them through some of their most challenging moments. Known for her optimism, resilience and hard work, she’s a fierce advocate for the rights and dignity of every individual who walks through our doors.

Whether tracking down critical records, preparing case materials or offering a steady hand behind the scenes, Kayleigh approaches her work with a deep sense of purpose: ensuring that no one feels unseen, unheard or overlooked in their fight for justice.

Outside the office, Kayleigh is often found lost in a documentary, playing piano or chasing the next great concert experience. No matter where she is, she brings the same spirit she brings to work - fully present, endlessly curious and committed to leaving people better than she found them.

“We all need mercy. We all need justice. And we all need some measure of unmerited grace.” - Bryan Stevenson
