Trial lawyer Erin Bailey, founder of Erin Bailey Law in Georgetown, South Carolina, has been elected as the Vice President of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (SCACDL) for 2025.
This appointment marks another milestone in her leadership within the organization, where she has served on the SCACDL Board of Directors since December 2023.
SCACDL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the rights of South Carolinians through advocacy, education, and reform. Its mission includes safeguarding liberty, ensuring justice and due process, challenging legislation that limits individual rights, and providing innovative legal education for criminal defense attorneys and public defenders.
Bailey’s election underscores her unwavering commitment to these principles.
